Refund policy

Returns

Although we think you will love Velettà, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund. Email us at luxury@velettaskincare.com so we can guide you through the returns process.

We suggest that you return your products using a tracked method of shipping as we can only give refunds on the products we actually receive.

We’ll process your refund to the original credit card used for payment as soon as we receive your returned products.

Shipping costs, customs fees and taxes are not able to be refunded.

Damaged items

We do all we can to ensure that your Velettà order arrives in perfect condition. If there is damage to the product inside the box (a little wear and tear on the box and outer wrapping isn’t unusual), please send us an email at luxury@velettaskincare.com and we will sort the issue out.
