The first time you check out, you will be informed that by continuing with your payment, you agree that your payment method will automatically be charged at the price and frequency listed on this page until it ends, or you cancel.

Sit back and relax. Your Velettà products will be delivered at the frequency you choose without you having to do a thing.

How much do I save? 

You save 15% off individual items and a further 5% off bundles (which are already discounted by about 15%). So that means you save 15% off single items and 20% off bundles. 

What's the best delivery frequency?

The ideal frequency depends on your usage and the products you’ve purchased. We recommend starting with a 10-week interval. You can adjust this through your Velettà Renew account based on your needs.

You'll receive an email reminder before your order is dispatched. You can easily skip a delivery if you still have enough product left.

How do I update my address?

Log in to your Velettà Renew account and click on the "View Addresses" link. Here, you can add, update, or delete your shipping addresses.

How do I update my payment info?

In your Velettà Renew account, you can add, update, or delete your payment methods.

How do I change the next delivery date?

Access your Velettà Renew account and click the "Subscriptions" button. Find the product you want to manage and click "Manage Subscriptions." Here, you can either skip the next shipment or change the delivery date by selecting "Next Charge Date."

How do I update the delivery frequency?

Log in to your Velettà Renew account and click the "Subscriptions" button. Choose the product you want to update and click "Manage Subscriptions." To adjust the delivery frequency, click on the "Delivery Schedule" button.

How do I add new products to my Velettà Renew subscription?

In your Velettà Renew account, click "Manage Subscriptions" and then "Add Product." This will allow you to browse and add new products to your subscription. 

How do I cancel my Velettà Renew subscription?

Go to your Velettà Renew account and click the "Subscriptions" button. Select the product you wish to cancel, click "Manage Subscriptions," scroll to the bottom of the page, and click the "Cancel Subscription" button located on the left under your email address.
